A Pet Food Drive With Something In It For Your Pet, Too
Front Street Animal Shelter gives away about 2,000 lbs of free pet food to Sacramento families every single week — and right now, their shelves are empty. One of their regular donors couldn't come through this month, and the community is stepping up.
Here's how you can help: donate pet food, and you and your dog or cat get a complimentary studio experience.
What to bring:
🐕 Dogs: a 20lb bag of dry food, or 12 cans of wet food
🐈 Cats: a 15lb bag of dry food, or about 24 cans of wet food

A complimentary 15-minute in-studio flash session
A feature as a collaborator on our Instagram
A complimentary 5x7 print of your pet
One donation qualifies your household for up to 2 flash sessions — one pet per session, no humans included. No purchase necessary beyond the donation.

Not everyone needs a photo session — and that's more than okay. Drop your donation by the studio any time during business hours, no appointment needed. We'll deliver it straight to Front Street Animal Shelter, and we'd still love to feature you (with your permission) for helping fill the pantry.
As our thank-you, you'll also receive a gift certificate for a complimentary flash session — keep it for yourself down the road, or gift it to a friend, family member, or anyone whose pet deserves to be photographed.

The Consultation
Once you reach out through our website or email, we’ll hop on a quick call to get to know you and your pet, talk about your vision, and schedule your session. After that, we’ll send over a contract and helpful prep tips to get your pup ready. Then all that’s left is to count down to your session day!
The perfect time to get to know each other and tell us what you want out of your pet portrait session
This is the most fun part of your experience and we can't wait to meet you and your fur kids. Bring lots of treats, the smaller, the better.
We’ll meet, either at our specialized pet studio and the seriously fun work begins.
Expect lots of playing with your pet. The more hijinks and shenanigans, the better. In fact, pet parents might even have more fun than the fur kids, and that’s okay, too.
We love animals – seriously. Wait until you hear how many I've had, from monkeys to dogs.
The Session
The Reveal
After your session, we will meet at our studio or over zoom, and we’ll gently guide you through the process of choosing just the right portraiture products for you. This is everyone's favorite part! You get to touch and experience each heirloom product that you will be opting for.
It’s here we’re the most excited, because you finally see the finished photographs right before your eyes as we decide how to best display your photographs as art in your home. It’s true concierge-level service. . . with a personal touch.
